Saalik offers a variety of courses reflecting the varied interests of the Muslim community in Sheffield and its surrounding areas.  We are striving to enrich the lives of the community through knowledge.

“The seeking of knowledge is obligatory for every Muslim.”
[ Al-Trimidhi, no.74]

Our courses are taught by qualified professional teachers who share a wealth of experience in the Islamic sphere. Saalik aspires to build a bridge between the student and the teacher through the traditional methods of Islamic teaching where the student has direct contact with the teacher.

The Saalik curriculum consists of: Arabic, Fiqh (Jurisprudence), Aqidah (Islamic Theology), Tajwid and Qur'anic studies.  Our courses are delivered mostly in the evenings on a part-time basis, therefore, making them feasible for parents, students and anyone who has other commitments during the day.
